There have been a large amount of independent modders, these peeps turn a normal MacBook or PowerBook into a full fledge Mac Tablet computer. This all mean that Apple is actually developing a Tablet computer.

That said, Apple felt much of competition because of this, the whiz is Axiotron. He basically converted a MacBook into a Tablet computer with some tech love.

“Apple has acquired its TabletMac name in the last 12 months, with documents showing the registration request dated November 6th, 2008.” Said Gizmodo.

This very much allows us to anticipate the ever coming Mac Tablet, and it is certainly coming very soon.
