I manage to grab hold of a 3rd gen Apple iPod. Not sure what to do with it, I decided to rip it apart to see it’s components.

I used a flat head screwdriver, with a soft cloth over it. Prying it slowly on it’s side, the clips slowly pops up.

Slowly and carefully lifting it up, there will be a cable connected to the logic board. Again, use a flat head screwdriver and slowly pop it out of its socket.

The blue piece is the HDD
