Apple & AT&T Sued For iPhone’s Lack Of MMS

The most powerful phone in the world, might even be dubbed as the world’s best media device in the world. As we all know, the MMS function on the iPhone is poor, and what’s promised isn’t being delivered. Currently, Apple and AT&T are facing a class-action lawsuit as the companies have misrepresented the iPhone’s ability to send and receive MMS messages.

The Law Suit impends that the companies advertise on TV, online, and print that the iPhone has MMS support even though the functionality is not available in the United States yet. This is very true as it’s been printed all over their marketing tools.
