As if 1 Terabyte is insufficient for us, Western Digital had now introduced the new 4-terabyte capacity My Book Studio Edition II dual- drive storage systems. They’ve also got it all formatted to work “seamlessly” with Mac Computers. This beauty comes with 2 HDD Drives, 2 terabyte each, and why is this so? Windows XP does not support hard drives with capacities that are above 2 terabyte, and this of course allows users of XP to enjoy the device capabilities.
The Western Digital My Book Storage System also features fast data transfer by 4 interfaces: eSATA and FireWire® 800 for maximum performance as well as FireWire® 400 and USB 2.0, no news on USB 3.0. The Hard Drives comes with the WD GreenPower Technology for power savings and cool and quiet operation.
